With dreams in my eyes and ambition in my heart, I arrived in Delhi, determined to carve a path to success. The city was full of opportunities, and I was ready to embrace every challenge that came my way.

While striving for financial independence, I enrolled in a basic computer course, equipping myself with essential digital skills. To support myself, I started tutoring 12th-grade students in Mathematics, balancing learning and earning simultaneously. This phase taught me discipline, time management, and the value of persistence.

My professional journey began as a Telesales Executive in the domestic banking sector. This experience introduced me to the dynamics of customer interaction, sales strategies, and the art of persuasion. After six months, I transitioned to a B2B portal company as a Business Development Executive, stepping into a more challenging role that exposed me to corporate sales and client management.

With dedication and consistent performance, I earned my first promotion as a Team Leader, leading a team of 10 Business Development Executives. This role refined my leadership skills and allowed me to mentor and guide a team toward achieving collective success.

My journey up the corporate ladder continued as I took on the role of Assistant Sales Manager. Now managing three Team Leaders and overseeing a team of 30 Business Development Executives, I gained invaluable experience in large-scale team management, sales strategy formulation, and revenue growth.

With a vision to build something of my own, I took a bold step and founded Webpulse India. Starting from a modest 100 sq. ft. office with just two commission-based sales executives, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey filled with challenges, risks, and immense learning.

Webpulse India evolved into Webpulse Solution Pvt. Ltd., a milestone that marked its transformation from a small startup into a structured corporate entity. The team expanded to 15 members, and the company began making a name for itself in the digital marketing industry.

Years of hard work and innovation paid off when Webpulse was ranked among the Top 25 Web Designing Companies in Delhi by Silicon India Magazine. This recognition validated the company’s commitment to excellence and fueled further growth.

Webpulse was honored as the Best Web Designing Company in India at the Asia Brand Awards in Delhi. Shortly after, it was also recognized as the Best SEO Company in India at the Excellence Awards in Goa. These accolades reinforced our leadership in the industry and motivated us to push boundaries.

Continuing its upward trajectory, Webpulse was awarded Best Digital Marketing Company in India at the Excellence Awards in Thailand. This year also marked a new chapter as I ventured into the corporate awards industry, conceptualizing and launching the Global Excellence Awards (GEA). The first edition was a grand success, hosted by Bollywood icon Mrs. Raveena Tandon, where we honored 100 outstanding entrepreneurs from across India.

Recognizing the potential of the corporate awards industry, I founded Brand Empower Pvt. Ltd., a dedicated venture for organizing prestigious award ceremonies. GEA 2019 was hosted in Mumbai, with the legendary Mrs. Madhuri Dixit as the Chief Guest, making it one of the most memorable moments in my journey.

The COVID-19 pandemic posed unprecedented challenges, but adaptability and resilience led to new opportunities. Amid the first lockdown, Webpulse swiftly transitioned into a remote working model, ensuring business continuity. By September, I established Webpulse IT Park in Ranchi, Jharkhand, expanding our operational footprint beyond Delh

Even as the second lockdown disrupted businesses worldwide, Webpulse continued to grow, expanding to 50 team members in Delhi and 30 in Ranchi. This period of uncertainty became a phase of strategic expansion and consolidation.

With a firm belief in social responsibility, I established the Webpulse Foundation to drive CSR initiatives and contribute to meaningful causes. Webpulse’s workforce grew to 50 in Delhi and 50 in Ranchi, reflecting the company’s continued success. It was also a landmark year for the awards segment, as we successfully organized GEA 2022 in Mumbai with Mr. Anupam Kher as the Chief Guest. Additionally, we launched a new corporate award IP, the Industry Leaders Awards (ILA), in Delhi, with Mrs. Sonali Bendre gracing the event.

This year witnessed three spectacular corporate award ceremonies that further established Brand Empower’s leadership in the industry. GEA 2023 was hosted by Mrs. Madhuri Dixit, National Quality Awards (NQA) 2023 was celebrated with Mrs. Sonali Bendre, and ILA 2023 was made grand with the presence of Mrs. Shilpa Shetty. These events not only recognized industry leaders but also elevated the reputation of Brand Empower.

As the journey continues, 2024 is set to be another remarkable year. GEA 2024 will feature Mrs. Shilpa Shetty, while NQA 2024 will be graced by Mrs. Raveena Tandon. With every milestone, the vision grows stronger, and the impact reaches further.
